Labor Day Fun!!

Labor Day is always fun up at Fairview. Sitting around the firepit, playing horseshoes, swinging in the tire swing and eating good food! The kids love it and we do too.

I can't believe what adrenaline junkies I have for kids! Just keep in mind Brian is 6 foot something! I thought it would scare the holy you know what out of them, but they just keep yelling for Brian to swing them higher!

Fairview just isn't Fairview without dippy eggs and freshside! This year was the first time Paige and Kortlin decided to try dippy eggs and they loved them! Grandpa Bob's breakfast rocks!!!

Camping Buddies!!!

Kortlin and Rylan had a blast playing together! Just look at the cute expressions on their faces! You can tell just by looking at them what fun they had!!

The 24th of July!! (I know it was a while ago, but I just got these pictures from Cindi)

The 24th of July was a little different this year! For the first time in years we skipped out on the good ol' Fiesta Days and went to a Raptors game. What made this so special is the kids got to go to the game early and play ball with 2 of the Raptors players! It was suppost to be for the kids on my t-ball team, but only 3 of them from the team could come so Sydni and Rylan and their friends got to come too! Not only did they get to play ball with the 2 players, but they also got to run out on the field with one of the players at the beginning of the game and then they got to stand with them while they did the National Anthem! It was way too cute!

Kortlin was on Cloud Nine the whole time he was around the players!! It was so fun to see him so excited! The players couldn't believe what a awesome ball player Kortlin was! He really surprised them when he hit and threw the ball! What can I say he's a natural!!!

Of course when we got there my camera had ran out of batteries, so thanks to my awesome sis-in-law I got these wonderful pictures! I can't wait to develop some of these and hang in KJ's room. He'll love it!!

And finally!! The fireworks!!! It is so fun to go to a game when they have fireworks!! They actually set them off in center field! You get to see the whole thing from beginning to end! The kids loved them and believe it or not the pics of the fireworks I took with my cell phone!
